Bloomberg among many other smaller sites are reporting that Apple plans to release a smaller version of their iPad this year. The tablet will be between 7 and 8 inches containing a display of 1024 x 768 pixels. Bloomberg’s report matches up with the October date perviously speculated by iMore. iMore additionally stated that the device will cost as low as $199 and $250 for the two models that will be offered. Little information is known, however many people have produced design mockups trying to capture the feel of this possible new device.
iPad mini has nothing new but it does look as though this alternative-sized. Would you be interested in purchasing a smaller iPad at the right price?
